Whether you are by yourself or with a group, Dove Youth Development would love to have you! Here is what a day with us looks like:

Pick up at any local hotel or accommodation in Puerto Plata by our staff.

You will help work with our kids on their daily lessons, led by teachers. The students usually work on English to

go with the monthly theme to foster self-esteem, cooperation, respect, responsibility, goal setting, and leadership skills.

A visit to the local barrio (neighborhood) to immerse yourself in the Dominican culture and see where our children live.

In the afternoon, you will work with our afternoon children's classes and programs.
The Dove Experience Donation
Your contribution include transportation to and from hotels in Puerto Plata, a guided tour with our Operations and Youth Center Director, and lunch during the full-day experience. All prices are USD. *Please note that full days include a local Dominican lunch with our staff*
Payments are all in US Dollars.

5-day weekly rate

$350/per person (The Center is open Tuesday-Saturday, except for Dominican holidays).

If you need transportation from Sosua, please add a fee of $25/per group per day. If you need transportation from Cabarete, please add a fee of $30/per group per day.
